Hi, I’m Ashley, a seventh-generation baker with a passion that runs deep in my family’s Mediterranean roots. At Storybite Cookies, we cherish the time-honored recipes passed down through generations, crafting each cookie from scratch with love and care nothing frozen, nothing rushed.

Our story begins with Mediterranean roots and a family tradition carried through generations. Baking was never just about recipes; it was about gathering, sharing, and creating something meaningful by hand.
Ashley learned the craft from her father, a skilled pastry chef who built his life around traditional desserts. From him, she learned that real baking takes time, discipline, and respect for every detail.
After years in New York, Ashley began shaping her own style blending the recipes she grew up with and the creativity of a modern bakery. This is where tradition started to become Storybite.
Today in Lexington, Storybite offers handcrafted cookies made from scratch with the same care Ashley grew up with. Nothing frozen, nothing rushed only thoughtful flavors made to be shared.
