Custom orders require scheduling, preparation, materials, and production planning.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve custom order dates. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment or deposit has been received.
Cancellation requests may not qualify for refunds once design work, preparation, ingredient purchasing, or production planning has begun.
Handmade variations, edible print variations, color differences, and decorative differences are considered normal and do not qualify for refunds.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Clear photos of the product and packaging are required for review. Storybite Cookies reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including replacement, store credit, partial credit, or denial of claim.
